Generated with crypto.getRandomValues and rejection sampling, so every output is equally likely. Entropy is the exact log₂ of the number of possible outputs under the chosen options. Passphrases use the EFF short wordlist (1,296 words, 10.3 bits each). Nothing is sent anywhere.
